Requirements

3+ years of experience as a technical leader or architect
5+ years of experience with PHP, Symfony
Knowledge and experience with REST APIs
Experience designing and developing highly scalable and extensible applications
Understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns and the ability to apply them
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes
Experience with microservice architecture. Understanding the pros and cons.
Deep understanding of design patterns and development best practices
Understanding of SDLC process, good communication skills
Experience with AWS
Experience with architecture documentation (HLD, C4, UML, Sequence Diagram, etc)
Knowledge of basic tools for collecting system metrics, monitoring and logging
Strong knowledge of ElasticSearch

Responsibilities

Building and maintaining the product's architecture
Development team management
Close interaction with CEO, PO, BA to achieve product goals
Estimation of new projects and tasks, their implementation
Establishing processes and selection of development tools
Design and development of CI/CD processes
Facilitation of technical solutions in the team
Training and mentoring of developers
Promoting the development of cross-functionality in teams
Work with technical debt — identification, planning
Conducting technical interviews for candidates for the technical team
