Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience as a System Analyst, preferably in the development of iOS and Android mobile applications.
In-depth knowledge of iOS and Android platforms, their respective guidelines, and development best practices.
Proficiency in system analysis tools, techniques, and methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Experience in creating technical documentation, including specifications, workflows, and diagrams.
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Knowledge of software development life cycle and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Familiarity with mobile application security principles is a plus.
Experience with mobile app development frameworks and languages (e.g., Swift, Kotlin).
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services integration in mobile applications.
Familiarity with mobile app analytics and performance optimization tools.
Certification in system analysis or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements for iOS and Android mobile applications.
Conduct thorough analysis of business needs to understand and define system requirements.
Design and create system specifications, architecture diagrams, and data models for mobile applications.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure the feasibility and efficiency of the proposed solutions.
Prepare comprehensive technical documentation including functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.
Document system workflows and processes for both iOS and Android platforms.
Work closely with QA teams to develop test cases based on the system requirements.
Assist in the testing phase, providing guidance to QA engineers and ensuring issues are resolved promptly.
Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring everyone has a clear understanding of the requirements and objectives.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and project managers.
Analyze and resolve technical and non-technical challenges that arise during the development process.
Provide innovative solutions to address complex business problems related to mobile application development.
