Our client is a first-to-market, fully compliant financial technology (FinTech) business. Their platform provides an online solution that focuses on enterprise-level clients.
The platform allows Chinese payers to pay for goods and services with CNY (Chinese Yuan) whilst our New Zealand/Australian business receives full payment directly in their home currency in real-time, at no cost to the business.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of B2B experience in field marketing or relevant marketing area; global payments experience a plus
  • Experience in targeting the ex-pat community and Asian businesses operating in Western markets would be highly advantageous
  • Results-driven and willing to go the extra mile to achieve targets;
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including social media, content marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns, driving customer acquisition and retention.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and a strong proficiency in marketing analytics tools. Creative and innovative thinker, able to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
  • Excellent strategic thinking skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions

Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans to drive customer acquisition and retention across multiple service offerings
  • Crafting compelling messaging and content across various channels to effectively communicate the value of our services to target audiences
  • Managing digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing, tailored to each service category
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize customer experience and product positioning for different financial solutions
  • Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities across all service segments
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with strategic partners and industry stakeholders to drive collaboration and business expansion
  • Monitoring and reporting on key marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI across the entire service portfolio
