Responsibilities

  • Financial Report Management: responsible for creating and updating daily,
    weekly and monthly financial reports.
  • Responsible for processing payroll.
  • Support CEO and management with administrative responsibilities.
  • Administrative management: manages the administrative functions of the office,
    including office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
  • Maintain systems and software.
  • Providing support: Office Manager provides administrative support to the
    executive team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and
    maintaining files and records.

Perks & Benefits

Salary range: $60-$75,000 annually
