It specializes in B2B services and products, catering to a wide range of clients including large licensed brokers, crypto exchanges, crypto brokers, forex brokers, hedge and crypto funds, and professional managers. The product is an advanced base of ready-to-use technical solutions that enables brokers to save time and money on consuming infrastructure projects and focus on enlarging their client base and increasing their revenues.


  • 4+ years of experience in HR in a technology company (100+ employees).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR principles, practices, and compliance requirements, including, administration, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Proficiency in designing effective onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and a proper exit process for departing employees.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively address employee concerns, provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Familiarity with HR software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other HR-related tools to streamline processes, manage employee data, and generate reports for management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment, displaying flexibility, resilience, and the capacity to navigate ambiguity and change.


  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's goals.
  • Managing recruitment department.
  • Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and motivate employees while considering market trends and budget constraints.
  • Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans, to support individual and organizational growth.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, fostering a positive and inclusive company culture.
  • Generate HR metrics and reports to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making, measuring the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Ensure HR practices adhere to legal and ethical standards, promoting integrity, fairness, and diversity in all HR processes.
