SmartyAds is a global product company that specializes in the development of AdTech products and operates its own full-stack programmatic ecosystem that comprises SSP, DSP, and AdExchange.

Requirements

  • Experience in Marketing of 5+ years with managing a team of 2+ years; 
  • Hands-on expertise in one or more core marketing instruments (SEO, Paid Search, PR so on);
  • Previous experience with B2B product marketing in IT (1+ year);
  • Fluent in written and spoken English;
  • Experience with CRM systems and CRM Marketing - Sales flows (Hubspot will be a plus);
  • Deep knowledge and experience with building and maintaining marketing analytics; 
  • Understanding of paid and free marketing channels, experience with GoogleAds, Reddit, etc;
  • Proven record of participation in international events as a sponsor and exhibitor;
  • Certifications and a degree in the field of Marketing;
  • E-mail sequence awareness is a plus;
  • ChatGPT and other LLMs are a plus;
  • Experience with international markets (UK, USA, EU, MENA, LATAM);
  • Previous experience in AdTech (Programmatic) - will be a huge plus.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate the effective setup of the marketing team and plan on the expansion, where necessary;
  • Create and maintain reporting for lead generation, budget spending and apply a data-driven approach for its allocation: we expect an increase in the amount of leads by at least 10% and conversion rate by at least  5% within the first 6 months of the employment;
  • Create a marketing strategy for each product and department as a whole, and control its realization;
  • Directly or through the employees create a PR communication strategy and put company leaders in front of the Top Industry media;
  • Be the owner of all marketing activities related to in-house products (email marketing, PPC campaigns, PR activities, awards, blog, etc);
  • Marketing analysis of the industry trends/competitors to find potential areas of focus and growth; 
  • Plan and organize company participation in the events as exhibitors, sponsors, and attendees;
  • Management of the marketing team consisting of both in-house and external team members (freelancers);
  • Create a framework of competitive research;
  • Initiate, evaluate, and implement marketing activities as suggested by the team;
  • Work in close collaboration with the Business Development, Product, and Account Management teams to develop accurate marketing strategies/activities and assess their effectiveness.
