Requirements

  • Experience in finance, accounting, HR or related areas.
  • Extremely well organized, has to have a positive attitude, works well with others, comfortable being a part of a close-knit team.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Knowledgeable of NetSuite and ADP TotalSource.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong work ethic to make sure tasks are completed completely and on time.
  • Ability to provide CEO with constructive criticism on strategic decisions to enable the organization to increase business.

Responsibilities

  • Financial management: The Finance and HR Office Manager manages the financial functions of the office, including budgeting, financial reporting, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll administration.
  • Identifying opportunities: Identifies opportunities for growth or improvement, helping the CEO make informed decisions about the future of the company. Provides advise to CEO helping to shape the company's strategic vision and goals.
  • Administrative management: The Finance and HR Office Manager manages the administrative functions of the office, including office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
  • Ensuring compliance: The Finance and HR Office Manager ensures that financial, HR, and administrative practices are compliant with legal and organizational requirements.
  • Supervising staff: The Finance and HR Office Manager supervises administrative staff, ensuring that they are performing their duties effectively and efficiently and ensuring that everyone is aligned on the company's goals and priorities.
  • Providing support: The Finance and HR Office Manager provides administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining files and records.
  • Works well with organization’s CEO and provides CEO with feedback on strategic decisions and recommendations for improvements
