  • Proven experience in customer support, preferably in a cold email tool company.
  • Strong knowledge of cold email marketing, including custom tracking domains, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and lead uploading.
  • Experience in launching and managing successful email campaigns.
  • Familiarity with the technical aspects of cold email marketing and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.


  • Provide excellent customer support to our clients by answering their questions, resolving their issues, and providing technical assistance.
  • Educate clients on the best practices for cold email marketing, including how to set up custom tracking domains, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
  • Assist clients with uploading leads and creating effective email campaigns that comply with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Help clients warm up cold email accounts to improve deliverability and avoid spam filters.
  • Work closely with our development team to troubleshoot technical issues and provide feedback on product improvements.
  • 1:1 calls with customers to help them troubleshoot
