CFO

The role includes monitoring KPIs and financial metrics and developing and implementing financial strategy in alignment with its overall business goals and objectives. This involves assessing financial risks and opportunities and making recommendations to the General Manager.

The CFO holds a pivotal role with 4-5 direct reports and is responsible for their retention, engagement, and development, a highly esteemed value in the organization.
