Our client is a first-to-market, fully compliant financial technology (FinTech) business. Their platform provides an online solution that focuses on enterprise-level clients.
The platform allows Chinese payers to pay for goods and services with CNY (Chinese Yuan) whilst our New Zealand/Australian business receives full payment directly in their home currency in real-time, at no cost to the business.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in a fast-paced environment
  • 3+ years of experience in the payments arena, ideally Credit Card acquiring (not mandatory)
  • Bilingual language skills in Chinese and English
  • A demonstrated track record of high-performance

Responsibilities

  • Do outbound prospecting by phone and email to generate new opportunities.
  • Facilitate high-level conversations with senior executives at target partners.
  • Discover prospects' unique business challenges and identify relevant opportunities to deliver value through Latitude's unique proposition.
  • Collaborate within the sales team to share best practices and make recommendations to more effectively win business and ensure deep relationships with retail chains.
  • Work collaboratively with our internal functions such as accreditations, finance, legal, compliance, risk, customer analytics, and marketing to optimize all merchant touch points.
  • Create and drive new digital, payment, and marketing initiatives
