Our client is a big American insurance company which started their story at the end of the XlX century. They’re looking for an initiative senior UX/UI designer who will understand and will be able to explain what and how best to do for internal projects.

Requirements

3 years of experience in UX writing;
Understanding of UX rules and product usage patterns (age, region, technical education, etc.);
Fluent in English
Knowledge of the basic principles of copywriting, interface design, and their impact on users;
Strong communication skills and ability to work with different teams;
Ability to analyze data and user feedback for improvement content;
Work experience in Figma;
Willingness to submit a portfolio for review;

Responsibilities

Write clear and useful text for product users, conveying the brand's tone of voice;
Write user interface text to help users navigate and interact with the product (headings, signatures, buttons, messages, and other interface text elements).
Write microcopy: short texts that help the user interact with the product (inscriptions on buttons, instructions in registration forms) or signal a problem (error message or incorrect password);
Study competitors to identify trends in UX writing and opportunities for improvement;
Participate in calls with teams.
