Our client is a big American insurance company which started their story at the end of the XlX century. They’re looking for an initiative senior UX/UI designer who will understand and will be able to explain what and how best to do for internal projects.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in UX research;
Ability to structure information, organize its storage, and presentation colleagues;
Ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative research;
Understand the advantages and disadvantages of each research method;
Know the principles of User-Centered Design.
Be able to analyze and systematize data;
Experience working in a cross-functional team;
Work experience in Figma.

Responsibilities

Conduct UX research;
Conduct competitive analysis;
Analyse user data;
Conduct usability tests;
Analyse and synthesize the research findings;
Presenting the results;
Participate in many meetings.
