Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience
  • Expert level with Python
  • Be autonomous and motivated
  • Appreciate the skill of building automated solutions and scaling your impact via lean practices.
  • Care about business impact and prioritize projects, being pragmatic and business oriented.
  • To communicate nuanced ideas clearly, whether you're explaining technical decisions in writing or brainstorming in real time. In disagreements, you engage thoughtfully with other perspectives and compromise when needed.
  • Practical experience with GIT or other version control systems.
  • Practical experience with Jenkins/Github or other CI/CD platforms.
  • Proven ability to multitask, excellent decision-making, prioritization and organization skills

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing functionality testing for all areas of our product;
  • Responsible for designing test plans for new features and regression test cases;
  • Work on project management, risk management, and process management tasks;
  • Support implementing test tools and collaborate with the team to build up internal tools/frameworks/platforms to make the team more productive;
  • Track defects and manage bugs during the whole software development cycle.
