Requirements

  • JD degree, active Bar membership.
  • 7+ years legal experience
  • Strong tech, data privacy, intellectual property knowledge.
  • Previous experience with working with very fast-growing bootstrapped or VC-backed SaaS companies. Ideally in the sales engagement space but not absolutely necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert legal guidance on TOS/T&C, privacy policy, (contractor) contracts, intellectual property, data privacy, regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and implement compliance policies and oversee contract negotiation and review.
  • Collaborate with external law firms on complex legal matters and strategies.
  • Offer cross-functional legal support
