You will work closely with our data science, engineering, and product teams to develop and implement data quality and data governance best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a technical field (computer science, engineering, mathematics, etc.) or equivalent experience;
4+ years of experience working with B2B data in a data quality, data governance, or data management role;
Experience with SQL and data visualization tools;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail;
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Familiarity with B2B data sources and providers is a plus.

Responsibilities

Maintain the accuracy and completeness of our data through ongoing monitoring and validation processes;
Develop and implement data quality standards, processes, and tools to ensure data integrity and consistency;
Work with engineering teams to identify and resolve data quality issues;
Make sure that the data is appropriately organized and tagged to be usable on our platform;
Conduct research and analysis to identify new sources of B2B data and ensure data acquisition processes are efficient and effective;
Communicate data quality issues and recommendations to internal stakeholders and customers as necessary;
Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for data quality and governance processes.
