Requirements

  • 4-5+ years of experience in .Net Core development.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with React.JS.
  • 2+ years of experience with MSSQL, Oracle, or MySQL.
  • Previous experience as a Team Leader for at least 2 years.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering at least 2 products.
  • Experience working with CMS platforms.
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies.
  • Familiarity with Docker and containerization.
  • Understanding of accessibility best practices. Proficiency in Umbraco CMS.
  • Experience with AngularJS and Ionic frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of developers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  • Oversee the development process, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and objectives.
  • Coordinate and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
  • Ensure efficient and effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.
  • Utilize your expertise in CMS platforms and UI/UX understanding to deliver exceptional user experiences.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in DevOps practices and tools like Windows, Linux, and Jenkins (an advantage).
  • Possess excellent written and spoken English skills, enabling clear and concise communication.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
