Recruitment Specialist / Sourcing Specialist

We’re looking for an experienced and results-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our HR Team. As a Recruitment Specialist at Lavin Media, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to our team. Also, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process: from a partnership with hiring managers and understanding their needs to developing a recruitment strategy and its implementation, and will report directly to the HR Director.

  • Have 5+ years of experience in international IT and/or Marketing recruiting
  • Have a proven record of delivering results and closing high-expertise roles (working experience in a recruitment agency will be a plus)
  • Know the ins and outs of recruitment and sourcing, including various techniques, tools, and methodologies
  • Love the challenge and not afraid to get into the nitty gritty of each role, expectations, opportunities, and best practices
  • Have the skill to identify cultural markers of candidates and match them with roles
  • Possess strong time management and organizational skills
  • Have the ability to work in a geographically distributed team
  • Are result-oriented, understanding that recruitment is not just about communicating with people


  • Develop and implement strategies for recruiting and hiring qualified candidates
  • Create job descriptions and postings for open positions
  • Review resumes and applications for qualified candidates
  • Coordinate and manage the interview process
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruiting firms and job boards
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires
  • Prepare reports on recruitment activities
