You will independently manage one or more circles and projects together with a Lead Developer. You will lead your team, be mainly responsible for its output, and act as a role model regarding motivation, drive, and focus.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of technology and eCommerce, business processes, and functional dependencies
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT product management or IT project management
  • A/B Testing experience
  • experience with databases such as MySQL
  • You have excellent communication skills and can quickly put yourself in someone else’s perspective
  • You are analytical, data-driven, and focused on efficiency and solutions
  • You have a proactive attitude, want to take responsibility for your decisions, and go the extra mile when needed
  • You are constantly prepared, well-organized, and on time
  • Enthusiasm for information technology
  • You are comfortable working in an international working environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage independently at least one circle or project and mainly take responsibility for your team’s output
  • Take hands-on responsibility by supporting your Product Lead and Tech Lead in regards to project management tasks
  • Management of and communication with all relevant stakeholders
  • Act as a role model for your team, keep spirits high, and bring drive into your project topic
  • Identify problems and find efficient and pragmatic solutions for blockers
  • Bring in your own ideas and creations by having a lot of freedom in your job
  • Work in an international environment with flat hierarchies and short decision-making processes
