• 5+ years of design experience
• Excellent portfolio
• Experience working with branding and identity design
• A high degree of ownership and responsibility is also required
• The ability to animate or design in 3D
• Ability to analyze the control results
• Talent to manage a team, and eliminate conflict issues
• Capacity to lead and grow a team of designers
• Upper-intermediate English level (B2)
• Skill in composition, typography, and design
• Excellent knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Adobe, etc.
• Knowledge of Web3 design trends is a big plus

• Take responsibility for the implementation of the brand visual strategy and control visual consistency across digital and marketing touchpoints.
• Manage and coordinate the global team of designers, mentoring junior-mid level designers as well as hands-on and work on design tasks yourself.
• Lead the development of highly engaging and visually impressive creative design materials
• Work on the brand book improvements and adaptation for various creatives
• Manage and oversee the creation of all kinds of materials: websites, social media, events, merchandise, videos, illustrations
• Lead the design of a new website to fit with our new visual identity
• Work on a redesign implementation for the company.
• Ensure that everything a user touches looks modern, attractive, polished, and easy to use
• Working with our marketing and product teams as stakeholders to deliver the best solutions according to the deadlines
• Take ownership of projects, from concept through to completion
• Research and ideate fresh design concepts for improving the level of design in marketing communication
