Requirements

  • Deep understanding of business and tech processes within a tech company
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT product management or IT project management
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent and spoken English skills
  • Analytical, data-driven, and focused approach to efficiency and solutions
  • Proactive attitude, want to take responsibility for your decisions and go the extra mile when needed
  • Always prepared, well-organized, and on time

Responsibilities

  • Manage independently at least one circle or project and mainly take responsibility for your team’s output
  • Take hands-on responsibility by supporting your Product Lead and Tech Lead regarding project management tasks
  • Manage and communicate with all relevant stakeholders
  • Act as a role model for your team, keep spirits high, and bring drive into your project topic
  • Identify problems and find efficient and pragmatic solutions for blockers
  • Work within a dynamic environment with an agile working culture using methodologies such as SCRUM or Kanban
  • There will be a lot of space for your own ideas, flat hierarchies, and short decision-making processes
