As the Head of Customer Success, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers are successful in using our sales automation SaaS tool to grow their business and get more leads. You should have a deep understanding of outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and cold email outreach, as well as technical knowledge of email deliverability such as SPF, DKIM, DMARC.

Requirements

  • Deep domain expertise in outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and cold email outreach.
  • Technical knowledge of email deliverability such as SPF, DKIM, DMARC.
  • Proven track record of successfully helping customers achieve their outreach goals.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Passionate about customer success and motivated to continuously improve our customer experience.
  • Experience in building and leading a high-performing team in the customer success department.

Responsibilities

  • Help customers on 1-on-1 calls to ensure they get the most out of our tool.
  • Provide expertise on outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and cold email outreach to help our customers achieve their outreach goals.
  • Monitor and analyze customer data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize customer success.
  • Work closely with our technical team to ensure our tool is meeting customer needs.
  • Continuously stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to maintain our competitive edge.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of customer success managers to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
