Financial Manager

• High level of proficiency in MS Excel, and knowledge of SQL.
• Understanding of banking regulations, rules, and legislation governing financial activities.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting and financial reporting of banks, including knowledge of international financial reporting standards.
• Ability to develop and analyze financial models and forecasts.
• Ability to analyze large volumes of information, and cause and effect relationships between financial ratios in a quick and qualitative manner.
• High skills in checking the quality and completeness of information.
• Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain financial concepts and solutions to colleagues and clients.

Will be a plus:
Experience in a Big4 audit firm in Banking or experience in the financial sector, preferably banking.

• Preparation of management reporting of the bank
• Project financial analysis of products, and profitability of the balance sheet.
• Control of expenses within the bank's operating profit.
• Search for opportunities to improve economic efficiency.

• A 5-day working week and flexible schedule: it is important to work 8 hours/day and participate in meetings with the team;
