Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in software development, namely working in large IT companies with more than 1000 employees. Ideally, the candidate should have experience in even larger companies. Candidates from startups or questionable companies will not be considered.
  • The candidate must have proven experience managing a unit of more than 200 people.
  • The candidate must have perfect knowledge and understanding of enterprise development approaches and the practical application of all modern Agile practices.
  • The candidate must have experience in implementing enterprise development processes, including Agile LESS, metrics for all stages, individual responsibilities for each stage, a shared board for all stages, the number of tasks at each stage, and the amount of time for each task across all stages and on each stage separately.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience with JIRA or other project management tools.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the business process of enterprise development, including a description of each stage of development, implementation of metrics (such as the number of tasks in each stage, time consumption, etc.), maintaining Jira desks, and identifying responsible persons on each stage of development;
  • Building all business process chains in Jira;
  • Synchronizing business processes between Product Managers, Business Analysts,
  • System Analysts, Technical Writers, Software Engineers, Quality Assurance
  • Specialists, CTO, and Architects;
  • Optimizing Jira in accordance with business processes;
  • Ensuring a high-quality chain of tasks from task setting to production;
  • Implementing, collecting, and analyzing metrics for the efficiency of employees
  • responsible for each stage of development, including the number of tasks at each stage, who is responsible for each step, how long each task takes at each stage, identifying and eliminating bottlenecks;
  • Implementation and maintaining Agile LESS framework;
  • Monitor project progress and report on project status to stakeholders, including
  • senior management and project teams;
  • Facilitate meetings on each stage of development;
  • Continuously improve management processes and methodologies to ensure that
  • projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
