Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in cybersecurity or related field
  • Experience with security testing tools and methodologies
  • Experience with vulnerability scanning and remediation Knowledge of security standards and best practices, including OWASP Top 10
  • Vulnerability scanners: Software such as Nessus, OpenVAS, and Qualys
  • Penetration testing tools: Tools such as Metasploit and Nmap
  • Security information and event management (SIEM) software: Tools such as Splunk and LogRhythm
  • Cloud security tools: Cloud-specific tools such as Amazon Inspector, Microsoft Azure Security Center

Responsibilities

  • Conducting security assessments of our products and systems
  • Identifying vulnerabilities in software for each release
  • Developing and implementing security protocols and procedures
  • Collaborating with the development team to ensure security measures are in place
  • Maintaining knowledge of the latest security threats and trends
  • Developing and implementing incident response plans
  • Conducting regular security audits and risk assessments
  • Providing training and support to team members on security best practices
