Our client is opening a digital media company based in Ukraine that specialize in creating high-quality, engaging content for a variety of platforms, including social media, websites, and video channels.

Requirements

  • Identify potential platforms, channels, and partners that align with the business objectives of each brokerage within the holding company.
  • Develop and implement creative strategies to establish strong relationships with key platforms and channels for each individual brokerage.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and operations across all brokerages to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Generate leads by actively pursuing new business opportunities through networking events, conferences, online platforms, referrals, etc., using out-of-the-box thinking specific to each brokerage's positioning.
  • Nurture existing partner relationships while continuously seeking ways to expand collaboration and drive mutual growth through innovative ideas tailored to each brokerage brand.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in order to identify emerging platforms or channels that could benefit the growth strategy of each brokerage within the holding company.
  • Prepare regular reports on partnership activities including progress updates, revenue forecasts, and competitor analysis for each individual brokerage.

Responsibilities

  • Proven track record of success in business development or partnerships roles within relevant industries (financial services experience preferred but not mandatory).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to think creatively when building rapport with diverse stakeholders from different brokerages.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to create mutually beneficial partnerships using innovative approaches tailored to each brokerage brand.
  • Highly proactive mindset with a demonstrated ability to identify new opportunities for growth through creativity specific to each brokerage.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams across multiple brokerages.
